It is with great pride that we announce Mr. Kevin Santos’s new role as full-time Auto Hauler Trainer & Retention Manager!

While so many of us already know and are familiar with Kevin and his work, for those who aren’t…

Kevin joined VTC in July of 2013 as an Auto Hauler, and primarily worked in the New England area during these past 9+ years. Over time, his quality as a person, an Auto Hauler, and a teammate became ever more apparent, and his inclusion in the mentor group and eventual involvement in training new Auto Haulers became a natural progression. Now, Kevin’s involvement in training, orientation, and resolution of Auto Hauler concerns has become so critical to the team that it’s with great pleasure that we formalize his role on a permanent basis. Kevin will run the occasional load and trip out into the network, both to keep his auto hauling skills sharp and also make sure he gets around a bit to visit our different sites and interact with fellow Auto Haulers as much as possible. Otherwise, the bulk of Kevin’s work will take place at our corporate headquarters in West Warwick, RI.
